How to make Almond and Amarnath Kebab
Amarnath and almond flour are combined with mashed potatoes, spices and roasted almonds to make these delectable kebabs. Serve them hot with some chutney for your next dinner party.

Ingredients of Almond Amaranth Kebab
- 1/4 cup Whole almond
- 1/2 cup Amaranth flour
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 2 tsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Chopped green chilli
- 3 tbsp Chopped red onions
- 2 tbsp Boiled potato, mashed
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powde
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Oil (for grilling)

Roast almonds in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 4 minutes and cut them roughly once cooled.
In a bowl, combine amaranth flour, almond flour, roughly chopped almonds, chopped ginger, chopped onion, chopped green chili, mashed potatoes, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly.
Portion the mix in 25 gm size and keep it aside in a plate.
Heat oil in pan on medium flame and pan fry the kebabs until they become golden and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
