Ingredients of Aloo Uttapam

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Carrot
  • 1 Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Aloo Uttapam

Rice should be soaked for five hours. Now, combine soaked rice, boiling potatoes, water, ginger, and green chilies in a blender.

When the batter is prepared, transfer it to a big bowl. Add the chopped cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and onions now.

Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend this. Now, warm a tawa and pour a ladle's worth of this into it.

Cook both sides before serving!
