Chicken pieces marinated in a blend of flavourful masalas and then skewer cooked in a pan. Serve these dalat spiced chicken satays with some spice sauce on the side.

Ingredients of Dalat Spiced Chicken Satay
- 200 gms Chicken Supreme
- 30 gms Coriander
- 30 gms Basil
- 15 gms Parsley
- 10 ml Olive Oil
- 10 gms Green Chilli
- 3 gms Peri-Peri Powder
- 15 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 10 ml Lemon
- 5 gms Sugar
- 3 gms Salt
- 3 gms Pepper
- 2 gms Aromatic Powder
- 15 gms Garnish

In a jar, mix coriander, basil, green chilli and parsley with ice cubes in it (Ice cube is added so that the colour does not vary). Blend it till it forms a paste like sauce.
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with olive oil, peri-peri powder, sweet chilli sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and aromatic powder and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Take a sate stick and put the marinated chicken on it. In a pan, add some oil and grill the chicken on low flame and cover the pan with a lid.
Serve the chicken with spice sauce on the side.
