Ingredients of Hyderabadi Green Chicken
- 6-7 Chicken pieces
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 cup Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 2 Green Chillies
- 5-6 Cashews
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Cardamom
- 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder

Now marinate this paste on the chicken pieces. In a pan add some oil, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and garlic and mix.
Then add chopped onions to it. When the onions are done, then add the marinated chicken.
Let it cook for a while.
Now throw in garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and pepper. Combine it with some water and let it come to a boil.
Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
