Ingredients of Komal - Gujarati Chaas
- 1 Cup Dahi
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 2 Slited green chillies
- 2-3 Curry Leaves
- 2 tsp Oil
- One pinch hing
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt and sugar. to taste

Take dahi, coconut milk, coriander leaves, green chillies in a bowl, with some water and blend with hand blender. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera, hing, and curry leaves. Let it splutter.
Add the tadka to the drink and serve. You can take out the chillies before serving.
