Ingredients of Stuffed Bombile
- 6 Nos Bombile
- 100 gram Coconut
- 1 tbsp Curry Leaves
- 1/2 Bowl Fresh coriander
- 3 nos Green Chillies
- 1 Lemon
- Kokum water (extract)
- 1 tbsp Ginger And Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tbsp Semolina
- 1 tbsp Degi Mirch
- Salt to taste
How to Make Stuffed BombileHideShow Media
Clean the bombile then slit and take out the middle bone.
Then marinate with salt and lime juice, keep a side at least one hour.
Take out all the water from Bombile.
Same time make a stuffing with help of above ingredients (coconut, curry leaves, chili, fresh coriander, and ginger, garlic).
Then tap bombile with tissue paper, make it dry then fill the stuffing inside.
Heat the pan, add oil then make mixture of rice flour, semolina and deghi mirch.
Then stuff bombile, coat it with rice flour and semolina mixture then shallow fry.
Serve with mint chutney.
